Financial Calendar

As required by article 2.6.2.1.b) - section 2.6 - part 2 of the Market Regulation for stock exchanges organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., M&C S.p.A. communicates the dates for the approval of its financial data during 2018.

22 March 2018	Board of directors’ meeting - approval of the separate financial statements as at and for the year ended 31 December 2017 in draft and approval of the consolidated financial statements as at and for the year ended 31 December 2017.
30 April 2018	Board of directors’ meeting - approval of additional periodic financial information at 31 March 2018.
30 April 2018	Ordinary shareholders’ meeting - on first call - approval of the separate financial statements as at and for the year ended 31 December 2017.
10 May 2018	Ordinary shareholders’ meeting - on second call - approval of the separate financial statements as at and for the year ended 31 December 2017.
25 September 2018	Board of directors’ meeting - approval of the interim financial report at 30 June 2018.
9 November 2018	Board of directors’ meeting - approval of additional periodic financial information at 30 September 2018.
In 2018, the company will continue to publish the additional periodic financial reporting at 31 March and 30 September as required by article 82-ter of the Issuer Regulation and it will be made available to the market within 45 days of these dates. The directors will approve the information included therein, which will be consistent with that published in previous periods. The additional periodic financial reporting will be made available to the market through the authorised system for the disclosure and storage of regulated information eMarket Storage, at the company's registered office and on its website www.mecinv.com. M&C S.p.A. will notify any changes made to the above calendar.
