M&C invests in the equity capital also in majority shareholding of companies operating in the industrial, commercial, financial, furniture and real estate and service sectors, characterized by high potential for growth or development, with the aim of enhancing investments trough their techical, administrative and financial coordiantion; it also invests in other financial instruments as defined in article 1.2 of TUF.

Delisting - Con l'avviso 21619 diramato da Borsa Italiana il 23 ottobre 2019, Borsa Italiana informa che dal giorno 8 novembre 2019 le azioni M&C sono revocate dalla quotazione a seguito dell'efficacia della fusione per incorporazione di M&C S.p.A. in M&CL S.p.A. (società non quotata).
